david olivier - interior design photography - architecture - still life...
david opened his eyes for the first time in 1971...france, paris.
He can't remember if something caught his sight at that time.
And he still can't remember when he was first in touch with a camera but he still reminds the feeling of his first images.
Soon hooked up he was shooting around his living area.
Then grown up he spend few years in law school to get his master... But photography was still in his blood.
He left the precarious lawyer's life to reach New York for few months.
This trip will seal is future.
He met there Francois Halard (Vogue US, House&Garden...) an interior/fashion/lifestyle photographer.
This is the start of a full time life photography.
As his assistant he travelled the world over for three years.
It was time then to fly by himself.
Canada was appealing for him. He moved. Another big change in his life. Challenge turns him on ...
Working with him is addicting and when he starts just let's remind him to get some bite... he would skip it!!!
He's a regular contributor for Wall to Wall Magazine (Montreal)
Last year he traveled across the Province of Quebec for his book with Olga Duhamel-Noyer (texts) "Motel Univers" -edit.
Heliotrope.
Send him an email he will love to hear from you and share ideas for your next project in interior design photography.
